Design and Strategy

First and foremost we would consider the family background such as storage spaces, personal lifestyle arrangements, etc, before moving into design and built. Through that, we make it functional for concise spaces especially, through spatial planning in creating  easy accessibility and fluid manoeuvrability.

Customer’s satisfaction is our utmost priority. Through providing innovative ideas for customers, therefore improving their lifestyles. Additionally, complying to the timeline as per discussed to complete our job. To have consistency and high expectations with maintaining good workmanship as well as good quality products. All thanks to the years of unyielding bond we have with our contractors and suppliers.  

How does spatial experience affects our lifestyle ?

Unnoticeably, spatial flow and surrounding colours capably affects your daily metal plane, human interaction and your daily lifestyle. Such as how an open or enclosed space either allows your mind to feel serenity or confined, which then affects the level of creativity. Therefore, we are here to create the perfect environment suited to your needs and beyond.

Process and Services

Bond building with customers - in knowing needs and requirements, understand budget, design concept -   floor plan - 3d visualization + provide ideas -  furniture sourcing - finishings - getting clearance from authority departments. Throughout there would be weekly updates on process, site meeting and  hand over. Provide necessary resources for customer to understand space planning. After sale services, educate or guide users on how to maintain the products given.

Milestones of the company

At the beginning, there wasn’t much challenges as we had all the referral customers and supporting team and contractors. However, it was the covid period that affected the business. Due to lack of manpower and decrease in customers, shipment delay etc. Despite it all, we  managed to secure the materials needed or find new resources with our strong  relationship with contractors and suppliers. It was unity, teamwork, perseverance and faith that kept us striving. Honesty and communication was one of the key components also, as transparency became hope in the period of crisis. Without compromising the quality, our standards of delivery remain consistent. We also maintained and honoured on the agreed price. In upholding our standards on good project management, we  put more effort into sourcing for new suppliers. As for manpower limitation, we improvised through technology advancement on the materials aspect for example.
